Shipping
Shipping charges are not included in the product and are shown before checkout. The shipping cost will be borne by Berlotex for orders over 50 euros amount in the Iberian Peninsula including the Balearics.
For smaller amounts , demeanor is calculated on the same invoice . At the time of ordering , it will release the fee for shipping zone in concrete. However the prices are as follows :
Iberian Peninsula : 5,00 €
Catalonia : 3,50 €
Baleares : € 9.50
For the Canary Islands , Ceuta and Melilla, the postage will be due , paid in cash upon delivery , being areas not belonging to the European Customs Union where import costs are not included.
Delivery
From the time of placing the order , the delivery time is NORMAL 1 working day ( if the order is received before 16:00 h ) . If the order is received after 17:00 h delivery will be made from the second day.
For reasons of backlog or fault , the request may take longer . If you perform a custom embroidery on the garment , the delivery date may tarried so long 1 more day, although normally the NORMAL delivery time indicated above is respected. Minime is not responsible for the delay that may arise in the delivery and delays that may occur will not result in any compensation from us .
transport
We remind the legal obligation of the recipient (Article 366 - Code of Commerce) , to verify the goods at the time of delivery, and in case of visible defects never sign the goods as conforming but to immediate claim with the carrier by reservation written in the delivery of the carrier , and in case of hidden damage inside the package, make the claim within 24 hours after delivery by contacting Berlotex SL. No valid claims subsequently made. If the goods have been damaged during transportation to the point of being unusable , the recipient is not required to accept it, and if rejected , must inform us immediately .
warranty
Minime is not responsible for non-execution of the present conditions in the event of force majeure, as defined by the Spanish courts and in the absence of the client or unforeseeable .
Standard warranties for products Minime apply.
The warranty is limited to defects in workmanship and not abuse , misuse, abuse or any other damage that may occur after delivery of the goods at the place of destination.
